Potential
(Months 1–2)
Trainees enter with ambition and raw talent rather than traditional academic records. We focus on baseline orientation, digital literacy, and alignment with public-interest media values, selecting those with the highest potential for newsroom performance.
Preparation
(Months 3–8)
Through rigorous, workplace-based technical training, trainees master core newsroom skills — research, scripting, camera, sound, editing, and live production workflows — moving rapidly from theory to execution.
Production
(Months 9–15)
Trainees take operational control of the studio. Under mentor supervision, they deliver live, broadcast-grade public-interest journalism, working to real deadlines and building a body of work that demonstrates reliability, editorial judgement, and technical excellence.
Prosperity
(Months 16–18)
Graduates exit with a Certificate of Completion, a high-tier Portfolio of Evidence (including signature investigative and feature stories), and targeted placement support. Our goal is that at least [X]% of graduates secure employment, paid freelance engagements, or further funded study within six months of completion.
