AfNH Media Tech Foundation (NPC) is a purpose-driven South African non-profit that turns youth ambition into newsroom-ready talent through practice, not theory. We operate a trainee-run, broadcast-grade newsroom — a live teaching studio where the next generation of journalists and media practitioners produce real public-interest journalism from day one, under professional mentorship, and graduate with portfolios (PoE) employers trust.
We focus on underrepresented youth in Johannesburg and, over time, across Africa, creating a practical bridge from “no experience” to “hireable from day one” in modern newsrooms.
